Trenches works as an intermediary between individuals finding and retaining an attorney, whom we will thoroughly vet, that has an established record of winning and reputation for vigorously advocating on criminal defendants behalf. Or fresh, astute legal minds relatively new to the arena of law, those who have a huge incentive to make names for themselves by winning as many cases as possible rather than developing a record as a cop-a-plea specialist for the other side.
As an added advantage to our attorney/locate consultation services, trenches specializes in researching and drafting motions, brief and petitions on behalf of attorneys pertaining to a broad sphere of criminal and civil law, with an emphasis on the post-conviction stages of the proceedings. Trenches also supplies a document retrieval service wherein we secure copies of transcripts, plea agreements, court orders, motions, briefs and other filings pertinent to criminal or civil cases.
Our experience and recognition of what it takes to prevail in federal court, combined with our aid and assistance to attorneys ready to fight, until the last breath, on your case is what separates the services we provide from all the rest. Contact us at 531-600-8871, via email at contact@trenchesparalegal.com or our website to inquire about our cost-efficient services, necessary in your combat for justice.

Paralegals at Trenches are not licensed attorneys, do not have a license to practice law, so does not provide legal advice to any individuals.
A federal judge recently described the breadth of one of our certified paralegals, Sterling McKoy's, legal acumen when asserting in pertinent part: "Mr. McKoy, in terms of your briefing, you are second to none in terms of what I have received in pro se submissions. You are... thorough, you understand the case law, and I... commend you... You don't waste a lot of time with... name calling or inappropriate things... You kept your arguments to these issues and I commend you for that." See United States vs. McKoy, No. 8;03cr290, Doc. 614, pg. 24;12-18 (Dist. of Nebraska) of Order granting McKoy's motion for a reduced sentence under Section 404 of the First Step Act. In other words, we at Trenches, have been there in the battlefield and won that in your fight for justice.
Mckoy, Founder, served 17 years, 9 months in federal prison before finally being released. After initially starting out with a 30 year sentence for conspiracy to distribute drugs, he fought long and hard until he secured the desired result of his liberation in 2021.
Sterling obtained a certification in paralegal studies and an Associates Degree in Finance. The same energy and sheer determination he utilized to fight for his freedom and educate himself was necessary to prepare him to now reach back, in the trenches of the judicial system, to stand up for you!
